From the auction house:

The Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr autographs obtained at Luton Airport, May 29th 1964 on the vendor's shorthand notebook, with newspaper clipping and photograph of the notebook being signed.

Any other thoughts?

rushed but good

probably signed using their hand as the surface, but likely good

Agreed. They look like authentic signatures signed on an uneven surface.

plus one

I agree with everyone else. As on-the-fly as they are, it only took a second to decide they were real.

Same here. Pretty? No, I don't think so, but I thought they were authentic immediately. The "P", "a", "l" and "R" and ease of the "ngo"  were most helpful. Value?

Looks good...

I actually like such rushed signatures. Maybe the Ringo is a bit too rushed but still interesting. I doubt the newspaper photo really shows this actual piece of paper being signed by Paul as I think it would have been neater if signed in or on a book.

Actually I also like them as well, they have a rushed, authentic feel to them
