It's a signed book from the publisher.  Unless it's one of those cases where the celebrity used an autopen (which I do not think is the case here) then it should be solid.

100% authentic. He signed over 12,000 of these so you shouldn't overpay. 300-400 max.  He still sells them at his concerts for $200 if you can get there early enough at the merch booths. Those are signed in sharpie and are not first printings.

100% legit.  Honestly I havent seen one bad book signature as of yet
