Record Store Day was this past weekend so they were probably slammed with that and online sales of their leftovers. But I have ordered a bunch of signed LPs from them in the past and they have been great. But like you I haven't heard anything about this one yet.

Got a refund email from fingerprints.   Their Elton CD shipment got lost / damaged  in transit.

Wow, that really sucks. I had orders coming from them.

Did you contact them yourself? I did not receive an email or refund from them yet.

Received this email this morning:

Hello, unfortunately, our order of signed Elton John went missing. In looking into it, it seems they may have been shipped in inner cartons, not intended for shipping, which caused them to break open in transit. Some copies are supposedly headed back to the distributor, and we’ve asked that they be sent to us, but we aren’t optimistic so are canceling your order and refunding your money. If they show up, we’ll do our best to give you first shot at them. Our apologies for the hassle and the disappointment.

Also got mine canceled from fingerprints. Are these still out there anywhere else?

I grabbed the new "really, really, really limited edition" version Jimmy James, that's Sir Reginald in the middle. I'm near 100% certain he "signed" these, his new signature style would be almost impossible to be ghost signed...

For some reason, these Elton John "signatures" would bother me less if, instead of them saying "he's simplified his signature to an E" they just said "He'll initial the CD art card." It's an initial, not a signature. Just say that.

Agreed, if he 'shortened' his signature any more it would be blank. These may be 'signed' by him, but it also could be 'signed' by anyone with functioning motor skills. Just seems like another ploy to sell the maximum amount of physical media possible, which is fine, but I don't think anyone can honestly say these are no doubt signed by Sir Elton Hercules John.

Now only £7.99 for CD and 12x12" art-card on EJ's official store.....

Or you can get the full signature for a bit more
