Sold out now. I’ve been checking it like every hour today. Went to the shops came back and checked it again sold out. Was not to be. Saved £600.

Anyone on here in the US order these? I'm reading how items worth over $800 are subject to custom fees of 6.5% I've never had to deal with this before and wondering how this works? My item has entered the dreaded chicago customs location. This is where my Yardbirds (Eric Clapton) vinyl sat for a month before moving through a few years ago. Its very nerve rattling. Anyways, for anyone who has dealt with a customs fee in the past delivered thru USPS, if there is a fee, how are you notified and who do you pay?

I've found that companies rarely insure the item for the actual value. They usually purchase inferior insurance, if they insure it at all. I guess in their mind, if it doesn't get to you, they'll just refund you. Thought this might help.

Thanks for the reply. A bit scary thinking about that scenario. Definitely not looking for a refund and I hope it doesn't come to that. I noticed in shipping details USPS says this is shipped registered mail (or whatever the equivalent is in the UK) and the UK tracking side says signature required. Nothing about insurance. I guess I'll just wait it out and see what happens. Not like I have another option anyway. Its still stuck in Chicago customs.

Has anyone that ordered had theirs delivered yet? For usual releases, you expect 10 to 20% to hit the secondarily market pretty quick, but with such a high priced item, I'm curious how many flippers took the gamble. Nothing posted on ebay yet since these started shipping.

Nice!!! For overseas packages, I've never had to pay any customs charges. I know that's not the case in other countries, but glad that's normal procedure here in the US.
