What do you guys think? Looks like 70s era but I'm not sure. Could be secretarial.

+1 not comfortable. Some vague similarity in handwriting ("Best wishes") but no.

Exactly. It's close but also not right. Probably secretarial is what I think.

The "baseline" on the OP is flat.

As findbooks states, "it's just too neat and tidy".
