Call your bank and instigate a chargeback dispute on the basis that you’ve been provided with faulty goods.

If we lived closer, I would swap with you when mine arrives since I'm using it for a cut anyways. Im sure someone somewhere in the UK is planning on doing the same. Maybe you can find someone nearby to swap with in person? Long shot but worth a try.

I'm also surprised they are not responding. I had a small issue with one of the expensive signed vinyl last year and he did end up getting back to me and making things right.
