There is going to be grumbling about this Jeter and any of the NEW in person Jeter's from Spring Training this year but that ball happens to be 100% legit. I know a lot of people will disagree however that is how he was signing during his rehab at himes Field in Tampa this year. The reason behind it is Jeter was fed up with the number of people waiting outside for him beginning at 2am from the date he started his rehab until he reported to Steinbrenner field and was basically hacking everything because he was seeing the same faces every single day at the front of the line. The whole article in the New York Times as well as the Tampa media didn't help matters any. So with that being said there is going to be more and more of this style signature listed un certed with the reason being they are so sloppy that no one will authenticate them, but they are good for whatever it's worth.

Ran these by CeeGee. Neither authentic.

Ryan, With all due respect to CeeGee these are 100% authentic, As I said in my last post I know there will be people who do not like them or think they are not authentic but if there is anyone on this site that was actually in Florida this year for spring training they will verify that this was how Jeter was signing. Very lose and sloppy. I can not speak for the Pujols but the Jeter I can.

The auction was pulled so something happened.

Jason are you the owner of these auctions? Did you get Jeter's auto this past spring and have examples?

John, these were pulled because they aren't authentic. Not even close to his real signature, nor close to his "sloppy/rushed" sigs. $120 and $130 BIN for snow white Jeter on sweet spot? LOL. The seller knew they were crap. You think this seller waited every day at 2am and is going to let 2 balls go for $130 each?

yea, I knew it was fake that was why I posted it on here. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan, No those were not my Baseballs. I just love how when another member on here makes a comment on an item that someone that does not agree automatically says, "Were those yours" or "Those must be yours". As I stated in 2 posts on here, that was the way he was signing this spring and if you or anyone else on this site was actually in Tampa this spring you would have seen how sloppy his signature was. Also as I said no one will cert them and understandably so however it doesn't make them Fake signatures. I actually wish there was a photo of that ball still up or if anyone has one can you post it on here and I will point out the points to prove it is his signature even though very lose and sloppy. $120-$130 for an uncerted Jeter is not an unrealistic price at all.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on these Jeter's

$120 is def an unrealistic price. I have the photo, I will post it Monday.
These are authentic...reason being is it all comes down to formation...Derek at his worst and pissed off moods no matter how sloppy will always have "Jeter formation"...that is something that can not be denied in an authentic auto...if you compare those 2 balls to these examples there not even close...these examples WILL pass certification...that one ball may or may not...those eBay balls definitely will not pass because there "mad signatures" its because there poor fakes...if I seen a picture of him signing those balls in question with that formation maybe I would consider a purchase...I have seen so many free examples...and no matter how sloppy they all have correct traits...those balls in question have non of his traits...not even close...
That being said I have 2 free autos from Jeter...and both of them are not the same...but because I was there for these autos there is no need to get them authenticated for an extra fee because I know there real...

Hey buddy, how are you doing?  I also believe the ones above are authentic, but I think the bat might have a harder time than the ball.  just my opinion

Hanging in there brother...
