You mentioned an inscribed book that Roger said was authentic. I don't remember the item. Can you post it?
My opinion is they are all signed by Jerry Lee. I am taking your situation as a whole and would really doubt JLL would sign two of the items and someone else would sign the other two. Also, they all have at least some characteristics present in authentic signatures.
That being said, if I were given the signed records themselves with no other information and asked to give an opinion it would be tough. The truncated signatures are accomplished in a thick medium and a lot of detail is lost. There is less to authenticate than on the covers themselves where the signature is spread out.
I also believe that all are authentic.
The signature on the “High School Confidential” sleeve is pretty interesting in the different characteristics that it includes. The “Mark” appears consistent with Mark Peterson’s signed LP. The distinctive capital “G” in “God” is consistent with previous ones we’ve seen. “Bless” is consistent with one of the TTM signatures that was presented as an example of a secretarial. Of course, we’ve seen the squiggle included with those signatures as well. The distinctive “K” in “Mark” is consistent with those from the “Whitten” pick guards. The bend in the “Y” in “Jerry” is consistent with the questioned 2002 IP signed photo from the TTM discussion. The shapes of the respective “L”s look good, and it shows the typical two different styles of “E” in “Lee”. The hook “S” in “Lewis” is another characteristic we’ve seen before, including in one of the book signatures.
VERY good point Steve!

The "To Mark" in the book is totally different than the "To Mark" on the High School Sleeve.
The ones I've seen don't appear to me to be "cookie cutter" signatures. Some are neater and more well-defined than others. The impression I get is that he made an effort to produce a nice, consistent signature throughout the 750 books, but the quality of the signatures varies.
Does anyone remember being a kid and being made to write I will obey my parents blah blah blah 500 times? I even had my own dedicated Bug Bunny spiral notebook and Bic pen :( Do you remember what your sentences looked like as you progressed? (no opinion, just something to ponder :)

"But he can't make four neat consistent signatures for people paying $100 a pop. But he can do it for 750 books for free?"
LOL seriously. I can't believe this is even still an argument. Don't you think if you were signing 750 books your signature would get even sloppier than your typical sig? As opposed to "Oh I'm about to sign 750 books I'm going to sign these super pretty and make sure they look absolutely nothing like my natural signature this is going to be so much fun!"
