Today I posted a Tom Petty signed album won from Gotta Have Rock and Roll for opinions. it got a few thumbs down. I also posted an Every Brothers signed LP (which I really think is good). I was wondering if anyone on this site has had experience with GottaHaverockandroll.com. Above are the 2 items I posted earlier and here is their site. http://www.gottahaverockandroll.com/

Without a doubt Christopher.
Figured he was a bit of a weirdo a while ago. Instead of opining about autographs. I wish he would come clean ,discuss his technics of forging and why he does it. Doubt it will happen though.
Thank you Steve, once again. Keep up the good work.
Very interesting discussion and I agree forgeries even from once reputable people have destroyed the hobby. Any further thoughts on Gotta Have It or the 2 items I have posted?
The ebay seller you speak of could be jhustle1. Still out there selling with holograms. Im not sure what u say is true though. The stuff he has now looks ok , no? A lot of lower lever type names.
Apparently the "jhustle1" username originally belonged to a guy called Mead Chasky. From reading this forum I understand that he was a legit collector/dealer with a focus on sports. He seems to have retired and sold the store (possibly along with some authentic inventory) to some shady characters.
It is my personal opinion that none of the music items with the "TD" (Team Derek) holograms are authentic. Although the forger is way better than average, most items seem to sell at a fraction of the value of an authentic item.
It was suggested in another thread here (the Fleetwood Mac one I think) that there is a crew producing these forgeries, but that the higher end items are being sold through other channels.
The "Chatzky" (spelled a bit differently here), is definitely Erick McKay, I am 1000% positive of this--and he works alone, selling his garbage quietly through facebook accounts (uses names like Miguel Jackson, or Michael Jacksong), small eBay accounts, small auction houses, and art sites, and he sells the items low in price (trying to stay under the radar is my suspicion) I looked at jhustle1, its not McKay's style at all. Not that anyone is saying they could be one in the same, just offering this info, for information purposes only.
