Does anyone have any comments they can make regarding Jim Stinson Sports? A JFK signed book that I now own was originally purchased by my seller from Jim Stinson Sports in Utah.
I seem to recall the name Jim Stinson popping up here or there. And if I remember correctly, I believe he has a good reputation. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
Thanks, Paul. I also just found a great article about him in the Jacksonville, Florida newspaper from 4 years ago. It appears he's a big time name. He apparently was one of the original members of the PSA/DNA team in 1999.
No. I have good provenance on it as well. I've got a sworn-affidavit from the woman who originally got it signed when she was just 17. But I was just looking at some of the paperwork that came with it when I saw the name Jim Stinson, and it kind of rang a bell.
Jim Stinson is a highly reputable and long-time dealer who specializes in vintage sports. He occasionally offers material from other areas... Probably when he acquires sports collections that happen to have other genres as well.
