Yep, resellers have too much control behind the scenes with these types of promos. Its almost never a good idea to try just for the autograph

As an unashamed Cher fan, I have decided to buy this. I win either way as I want the album. I'll let you know how I get on, but I am not expecting anything other than the album!

I was admittedly skeptical of the “lottery” for a Cher autograph but decided to roll the dice as I had been wanting to get something of hers for a long time. I am happy to report that my lottery ticket came up! My vinyl arrived today with a CD bubble mailer inside the package that contained a signed CD from Cher! There is still hope for some retailers and artists :-)
