I've noticed that there has been an uptick of Yogi Berra 2000 Greats of the Game Autographs lately. I came across this one that seemed a bit different that others I've seen.

This is supposed to be an SP of the set, yet I'm finding there being quite a bit of yogi autos for sale.  5 others are listed (3 of which are listed by the same seller and in blue pen)  Those ones look legit but never seen the blue pen variations before.
Any thoughts?

NO way this one is good. Poor fake.

That one is bad, but this seller has thousands of AUTHENTIC high-end baseball Cards/autographs for sale, so I don’t think he realizes this one is garbage.

Agree, no way this is good.

This.  I can't imagine Yogi going from a tight, economical, relatively small signature to the way of a "Walt Disney-like", vertical, open, airy, whimsically cartoonish signature. I'm certainly not a Yogi expert, but based on the many prevalent PSA-COA'ed Yogis I've seen over the past 20 years; not the same signer.

The blue ink ones you posted look more like Yogi’s signature in his later years.  In 2000 his signature was much sharper.

it feels like someone got ahold of some unsigned 2000 Fleer Greats “Autograph” cards and either forged them or had Yogi sign them WAY after 2000.

This wouldn't be the first time that has happened. Upper Deck bought the right to the Fleer brand in 2005, but the actual assets were auctioned off. That particular set had many unofficial "short print" autographs. Certain ones that were seemingly more difficult to pull from packs. The reason was presumed to be that some athletes did not sign all of their allotment of cards.

I'm willing to bet these started out as the remaining, unsigned, cards from that print run that were sold off when Fleer went into receivership. Which sucks, because that would call into question any autograph from that set.

Justin Spotted a new one from another seller on ebay .  Definitely different that what I've seen in the past.
