I'm not an expert on movies but it looks similar to genuine examples I've seen in the past for sale.

Sorry to say in my humble opinion it is a Forgery.

This one is fake in my opinion. U can tell because when he writes best wishes it's like a signature you cannot read the word wishes in an authentic Connery autograph. Hope this helps.
