Another Universe - what is your experience?

I have placed an order from this site a month ago. Did receive the order cofirmation when I placed the order , however there is no word from them despite me sending them almost every week.

Are they legit?

You should be fine but call the parent company. It's part of Titan Entertainment Group, a major UK company, which is at ForbiddenPlanet.com. Contact their customer service, and if you don't get quick help, write one of their execs on LinkedIn.

Another Universe, 2819 Rosehall Lane, Aurora, IL 60503.

Looks like a residential address on maps. Very strange. The Tim Burton autograph at $100 each would be a nice pickup but they have been out for years and I wouldn't think there would be any still available at retail anymore. I picked up my 2 copies on the secondary market a few years ago. This company has 256 in stock (number adjusted at checkout) which is a bit mind boggling.. like you said, the connection seems to be legit but I wouldn't trust this site without verification from Titan first

I visit family a few times a year near Chicago and always head near fox valley mall to walk around an antique shop my wife likes to rummage through. Its not too far from there. If this turns out to be a scam, I could stop by sometime next year after I heal from ankle surgery. Most likely there won't be an answer at the door but ya never know. I could be sneaky like a process server and hold an empty pizza box to confuse them.

I'm hoping this is just some sort of stock error though and you will eventually get refunded since I really doubt there are any left of the 1000 that were made. It would be very bold to pretend they are an entity of another company in this way. Ill help dig around by sending a few emails this weekend but keep us updated if you get anywhere as well

Their website let's you order up to 254 copies as below.

I think the website / company is legit though and linked to Titan Comics in the UK. Whether they actually have 254 copies, who knows?!

Then there were 2 ordered since I checked the other day when it was at 256. Someone is willing to take the chance. I think you are right but its still good for us to check into it and try to keep everyone safe from potential scams just in case... even returns are sent back to this address. You don't see many residences handling inventory in this way.

Totally agree. Insight Editions were a nightmare to get to respond to emails as well. They did eventually and I got the goods after a long old haul wait. I was similarly suspect of them for a whilst too.
