The only people who buy and seller crap like this are scammers and those who have ZERO knowledge of autographs.

Ebay sellers list this garbage because they know that Ebay is heavily populated with suckers and wannabe autograph collectors-And all of this as Ebay continues to collect the cash and profit from the sales of forgeries as they have for the past twenty years.

Forgeries continue, at an alarming rate, to devalue the authentic autograph collections of true hobbyists.

Fraud is rampant on EBay because the sellers of forgeries know it is an easy sell.

The worthless COA is from Rareandsigned.com who is deservedly on Ebay's Banned COA List.

I've noticed that Ebay is no longer removing auctions with COAs that are on their Banned COA List.
