I don’t know these autographs, so I can’t opine on this.  However, the pic you posted would be very difficult for anyone to draw any conclusions.  The pic is too blurry from which to make out the autographs.

+1 that photo is useless. I hope you did not buy from that.

I always get a kick out of ebay seller's "as is" histrionics, twisting the words into pretzels to state, "No returns" without actually coming right out and bluntly stating that.

"RETURNS POLICY
I accept returns only in the unlikely event that the item is not as described in the listing.
I cannot accept returns if you have misread the item listing or have now decided you no longer want the item.

All meaningless if a seller starts a claim for, "changed my mind", "found it cheaper", or "item not as described". It's called buyer protection and ebay/paypal always sides with the buyer on a straight up return.
