Worst case I’ll grab one on eBay. I only paid about $20 more than her website price on the Lady Gaga so hoping I can get one of these for around the same.

Depends on supply and demand. Lots of people are going to want these. Gaga was available multiple times in different ways. We will have to see how this one plays out but I hope you are right.

Any direct links to the signed CD/LP from the US store? I can only find them (sold out) in the EU store...

I think both stores may be Geo-Locked cause i don't even see the Signed options on the UK store. i can only see the "Sold out" listings for the US store. I am US based.

are you UK based? If so its because these items are only available to US and CAN customers so you wont even be able to see the pages cause they are GEO-locked.
