We have a new category for author-direct signed books. The author can be from any field, not just literature.

This is the new category: https://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/categories/author-direct-s...

Please read the first discussion, by me, and give us your input on organization and rules.

Thanks!

I'd say private... they can't post any finds without being a member, so if they're guaranteed to never post a find, then why should they benefit from ones members find. Plus that might drive up membership some (if you care or it benefits you)... and also might encourage them to actually post their finds or contribute to the forum.

I agree with this. I can't see a reason against it.

PFCollecter makes a good point. As long as it doesn't hurt this site in any way. Or becomes a precursor to other changes which no one would want.

100% agree with this. Make them private if it is something you can do easily.

I agree private, including the musicans-direct

Hmmmm.....Al Pacino?

:-)

Not a chance given that it's listed with tags like Motherhood and African American Biography

I just saw that Elle McPhereson has a memoir coming out, Premiere is usually pretty early throwing that stuff out, so I'm assuming it's that, but that wouldn't track with the African American Biography part.....hmmm
