Well an actual person responded and needed my email.  I gave them the cc and store info for the charge and that wasn't enough?  For some reason I can't find the email on it.  So I gave them the one's I use and hopefully they can find it otherwise I have paid them for something I may never get.  aarrgg.  Hopefully I'll hear back tomorrow sometime.

I noticed the art card is printed on both sides, with the cover art for the CD showing on the other side. 

They should have given him a silver or gold pen and have him sign that side, at least for a portion of the cards.

Well my cd/cassette bundle showed up just now unannounced. Guess I can email the store back as received.
