"...that all items that are listed are genuine..."
These are not authentic.
No dealer should say that "all items that are listed are genuine and authentic"? If they are not getting them all in-person? As that is quite a statement to make.
But you will get an full refund on the item, but curious to see if Nick did originally purchased this from eBay seller Surfunsafari505? As he is the only seller that I have seen that has quite a number of them for sale from time to time.
Thank you Mike, As a AFTAL registered dealer with 28 years experience and excellent feedback on E Bay, i totally object to having my persononal address and telephone number uploaded on my letter for all to see, i have nothing to hide however i always give a 100% money back guarantee and a COA if requested i very rarly get any problems
If someone has a problem WHY do they not say so ! i was aproached by this buyer MadSeb80 about the Nimoy/Shatner signed photograph and i have to say i have nothing but praise for Caleb (surfinsafari), i doubt i will buy any more of these because of the hassle i have had with this buyer who has caused me so much stress , i will say again IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM RETURN IT FOR A REFUND ..
Perhaps I'm a bit lost here. Which item was purchased from Nick? I've done business with him a number of times over the years and he sells many genuine autographs, especially vintage. Is he perfect? No way although none of the rest of us are either. Surely, if there is a problem, he will issue a refund.
Interesting comment, Joe. There are dealers whose autographs in their specialties are almost never fake, but their autographs are minefields in areas they're not as well versed in.
I agree. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Also, what was considered authentic just a few years ago are not recognized as such anymore. The hobby is evolving rapidly.
Hi Joe,
The Shatner and Nimoy item was from Nick as it was his COA.
Michael had got an reply from Nick after contacting him I believe about this post and from that stated, "has confirmed that all items that are listed are genuine and authentic"
like I said no dealer should be saying that unless all items are obtained in-person by that dealer and not from an 3rd party etc. As alot of dealers half the time don't know where and when they purchased or traded for an item so how can anyone be 100% sure? Even though a item could of changed hands a number of times.
I can't comment on this item as I don't know of the graphs as it's not something I would collect. But does look like an item from eBay seller Surfunsafari505, as he does sell them on his eBay store.
And yes no one is perfect I fully agree with you on that.
I appreciate your response, Kato. I'm not quite sure what the basis is for anyone using the word "confirmed" with anything less than witnessed in person. With that said, any honest seller should issue a refund if one is requested. Especially if authenticity comes into the equation.
Hello, how to do now? because even with UACC / AFTAL,
the authenticity is not guaranteed, on Ebay there is a lot of UACC / AFTAL,
but I'm a little afraid to buy Faux, thank you for your help to all
When you click on the auction, here are the suggestions that pop up. In my opinion, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are all from the same "artist."
If I thought these were good, I'd be buying them all at $99 a pop. Sadly, the never ending supply of these are destroying the market and killing the value for real ones.
