It's been 5 years since we published our first Band-Signed Beatles Album Census.

It's time to update it!

A history of full-band-signed Beatles album prices would be hugely helpful to the marketplace as well, going back as far as we can, so let's build that, too. Not just from auctions, but reports from collectors and dealers who have sold them.

For starters, please read the 2011 Census, which had a few years of updating and other input added by collectors and dealers.

Add your research and commentary to this discussion for now, and as we get more data, we'll post two separate discussions to fine tune it. Once we feel comfortable with the information we have and what we have determined, we'll publish reports that will help collectors and dealers worldwide make better educated decisions on Beatles album sales and purchases.

These are the results of the 2011 census:

I can't do scanner but took a photo of the front and back.

You made my day! Thanks for posting the letter. Your camera did a better job than a scanner ever could.

This will excite a lot of members.

Thanks again!

There are two 2 White albums on the census, both US releases. Someone said they thought there was a third one known, but I do not have any details yet. Is anyone aware of one more?

There are now 3 band-signed US release White Albums counted according to Frank Caiazzo, signed for the same person as the other 2. List is updated.

I searched, but can't find it - as part of this study, is there an online library picturing these albums?

Scattered. We have to make one. I'll try to get more details.

Now that’s news!

Why is it down 10k in one hour? I would need Frank to personally ok this before I consider.

The Abbey Road DOES come with Frank's LOA -- it's right there in the listing.

I would make sure that the COA covers ALL 4 band members to preclude a forged Lennon autograph. It's strange that it's not signed by all 4 members since 3 are signed with the same pen.

Ryan, the seller is having a store-wide 10% off sale.
