Probably machine signed. They use high res authentic examples to make the template.

A crisp image would probably be telling.

are referred to pre prints done by Apple inc. or  forgers/

A preprint us when a signature is printed on using a printer or the signature is part of the photo. By machine signed, I mean a machine replicates the signature using a real pen. So it has the same appearance as hand signed. They could use an Autopen or plotter to do this.

I think this is not a preprint perse. It is a manufactured forgery where they copy a genuine signature, and then create a template to reproduce it on period correct items like this progrsmme.
