Vintage '84 Madonna went fairly cheap at around $550

I would say the Floyd sold for fair market value

Crazy seeing Dylan go for that much. I’d like to add him to my collection and I’ve watched quite a few Dylan auctions in the past, on the high end he’s sold for about half that (~5-6k).

And I considered bidding on a Madonna item but I just didn’t like either of the pieces he got her on. (If only he had had her sign the debut album...)

I'm definitely interested in seeing what items will be offered in RR’s future Brennan auctions... I’m curious if he ever got Freddie Mercury or (since his bio says he started collecting in ‘79) John Lennon.

since Dylan is almost clinically insane and doesn't sign, maybe the price makes sense.

The ultra premium items did well, but a lot did not. He was giving away guitars at some of these prices. He needed to have this auction over a period of about 5 auctions. Shame on RR

rr just floods the market

they sold 3 brian Wilson guitars in one week .I just kills the market

the other nirvana went for under 4 k and john usualy wants 20k for that

it was mixed results the stones guitar when for market value but john wanted 10k for it privately so it was hi or miss.

I won the Madonna vintage promo album and am thrilled to have it. Also won the INXS album for my wife for her birthday next month. She’s a huge fan and going to be totally jazzed I think/ hope :).
