its a weird thing some people will say the other people take away from the value and some will love it.

its a catch 22 .I think its neat but I did stuff like that

+1. I would have bid higher than that. I don’t think the final price reflects much confidence in the authenticity of the piece.

I never cared for the Paul Simon signature and the above post comparing both sets of signatures clearly looks like they were signed by the same hand.  Now that we know PressPass (Kyle) is involved, I have no faith in the item.  It wouldn’t surprise me if he had it authenticated (pushed through like many of his other items), and is trying various outlets to pass it off.

I don’t think it started with PressPass. I believe that the previous seller, probstein123, has offered other PSA/DNA authenticated SoCal forgeries. I think PressPass is probably just looking to turn a profit on a PSA/DNA authenticated item that sold at a low enough price to allow for that.
