Guys,  selling off my sports collectibles and looking for quick sales.  It took a matter of a couple of hours to sell off DiMaggio and Mantle balls for $269 and $419 respectively.  I have five more Mantle balls and would appreciate your thoughts on pricing. All come with PSA loa’s with the first two graded.

1. $699

2. $499

3. $329

4. $389

5. $329

Reasonable?

Very nice, Daniel.

There are a few factors involved:

The baseball itself.

Placement.

Boldness.

Based on the images attached, Christopher, and valuing your esteemed opinion, are those prices more than reasonable?

There really is no answer to that.

One day an item might sell for $350.00...

And a week later that same item might sell for $500.00.

Timing and who is watching.

+1

Just looking at #3 and #5, I would much rather have #5 even with the toning on top because the autograph is much bolder.  To me, the quality of the autograph itself trumps all other issues.

I agree, James. #5 is my favorite, in spite of the toning.

James, I hear you. I like #5 as well. It's all about the sig. The nice bold, perfect autograph.I just picked this one up last year for $300 with no COA. A little tone to it, but it's just a beautiful.

That is a beauty, John!  Very good buy, too!  And that toning appears VERY light.  I should probably rephrase mine to “moderate” toning rather than “light”.

Thanks, James. You have a nice one too.

I've been eyeing this minty white one. Worth $300?
