Alright, if anyone is still looking for this book, I found a few more indies offering it. Two have it now, one is expecting it tomorrow, and the fourth is unsure. I tried adding the folks already in this thread so that I can message them, but received no response.

Thus, if there's anyone else who's interested and is not a flipper/reseller/dealer, send me a message today (10th May). Any requests after today will be ignored because the few copies I've found will most likely be gone by then.
