I got an email from an outfit called International Autograph Auctions Europe. Anyone familiar with or done business with them?

I have a couple of items in my collection that came from them...two of my favorites actually. Having said that, as always, it's certainly best to do your homework on what you might potentially be looking at (especially in their Entertainment categories).
Here's a discussion several of us had earlier in the year about IAA Europe before a prior auction:

mixed reviews. Remember the custom duties if you are not in Europe
I learned that the hard-way when I purchased an item from Brandes Autographs.
IAA's postage costs are very expensive as well
Thank you for the link. I appreciate it.
After reading this thread. the linked thread and the other linked thread from Ballroom, I would avoid this outfit.
Out of 11 Bowie's NONE are genuine. Poor forgeries all. Some incredibly poor.
Every Roger Waters is a forgery.
From the Terms. I take them at their word.

Loads of problems with their UK branch as well
If I'm reading all the jargon correctly, they are basically saying "what you see is what you get---authentic or not."
If they are juicing the images then even that may not be true. 5.2 does not leave much of anything.
I hate to sound super stupid but could you be kind enough to clarify what you mean about juicing the image and 5.2, altho I have a vague idea what you mean.
You're not alone. Not sure what does words mean in relation to autographs. Certainly willing to learn if they're used by hobbyists.
What they're saying is what you get is screwed if you do business with them.
