amazon sent the LP in a paper bag so the sleeve was bent.... if it had been a signed sleeve I would have considered keeping it... why do amazon not know how to package stuff ?

They used to pack records well, this paper bag shenanigans is a recent development.
I order Pink Floyd DSOTM first one was in a paper envelope and bent, returned, replacement was in a proper card record box

I received the signed artcards this week for my CDs from JBHIFI however there is no COA as advertised. Anyone else have this issue?
The vinyl has not yet arrived (apparently the batch delivered to JBHIFI arrived damaged so we are waiting for replacements).
