Tolkien requires an expert, documentable provenance is very important, and you have to make sure it's original.

I dont like it and would pass on it.   Its not just provenance that is useful wwhen looking at Tolkein sigs,  you really  need more than just an undated sig.  The sig also doesnt look right imo
