Bon Jovi - Forever Autopen

So I’m just starting this to help those still waiting on their orders or otherwise trying to sort out what they have. There are multiple autopen templates involved (see below). As of now, store is accepting returns for refund.

**Credit to AL member Sapphyre who first mentioned autopen and posted her example (on original thread). I was able to match it quickly to AL member R Buck’s, who also posted theirs early on. Thanks to both.

I have just received a email from the official Bon Jovi store sayimg that Bon JOvi management has confirmed that they are all genuine autographs.  what to do?

Yeah, I guess I’d expect them to say so. Do you have one of the known autopens? Are they not wanting to refund? They didn’t even make the case it was legit when I said I had an autopen.

This is what they said to me also. They didn’t argue me. At first they wanted to know why. I showed them mine and an exact duplicate on eBay. I told them this was a cheap way to treat fans. They just said I’m sorry that you were unsatisfied with it. Gave me a return label.

I went through both the original posting and this posting and compared my signature card. I didn't see one like it. Thoughts?

Looks very close to #2 except the J in Jovi on yours is not elongated. Not sure….the first part appears to match IMO. We don’t have great pictures of #2 (one was mine, I can try to get better) but compared to yours:

The more I look at yours, looks like the Jovi is very close to #1 (yours being the lighter):

Indeed, when Jon signs naturally he links JonBonJovi as one word, some of the auto pens look like they could be split into three parts and rearranged.....

Yeah I’m thinking we’ll see all sorts of combos of the known Jon’s, Bon’s, and Jovi’s plus more. I’ll continue to update known matches to the thread but I would think everyone needs to look closely at each part of the “signature” to see what they have and if it matches a known example. Of course, not exactly easy with it being blended into the dark areas but at least one section is usually visible on most. Whoever did this should be ashamed and I hope they are reading along as we uncover it. I guess JBJ had to resort to selling fake autographs to his fans now that he can’t tour with his voice shot.

Also noticed the “Jon Bon” appears the same in both 1 and 2, but the Jovi’s are different. So I really think yours matches #1.

I may have looked at too many of these lol….

I would be surprised and disappointed if JBJ knew anything about this, he seems really happy in the photo of him signing 100s of cards. The record company may have thought that it was an opportunity to integrate the real sigs with some 'others'.....
