No in my opinion. Bradford is a member who is very good with Reeve.  I would try to message him.

I am sorry I do not.  If you type in his name in a search and go to his profile you could add him as a friend. I am not sure how active he is.  There are also other members I am sure will chime in on this.  If you check the authentic Reeve signatures on here that I am sure will help.  Here is a good link:
