The reason I am asking is this company sold be an autograph back in the 90's that did not pass JSA authentication and they are offering me a trade.  The autograph that did not pass was a John Travolta and they wanted me to get another Travolta since we do not know what I actually paid for it.  The ones on their site are not looking to good for me.  I saw photos of David Carradine signing for them so I was hoping this was real.

thanks

Mark

There was a dealer I remember that had many fakes but they were also doing signings and those looked real. I can't recall the name. That Carradine looks okay to me, and I know he did a lot of signings for various groups before he died. But it's always uncomfortable trading when you've gotten something you're not comfortable with in the first place. The only thing remotely odd about that signature is that it looks faded even though it's no more than 10 years old.

Thanks for the reply... And you are right.  Got burned one time... they are wanting a little more $$ for the Carradine. So I am a little hesitant - fool me once.. etc.  thanks for your input

I just found the picture and it's the dealer I was thinking of. Those autos still are probably good, but based on the rest of the inventory, you shouldn't feel bad about requesting a refund and moving on.

So you are feeling that the Carradine are real?  I am returning a Travolta and really was not comfortable getting a Travolta in return.  The only offer the dealer is giving me is a Travolta photo or a $25 credit.  And the Travolta's did not look good, so I was going to spend the $25 and get this Carradine.

thoughts?? and thanks again

Mark

you have to be very careful with travolta. There are a lot of idiot dealers that request his autograph via the mail and think it is legit. It never is. Though I would have to see yours to decide.

That carradine looks good. He did signings before he died so there were a lot of his graphs around.

Here are two from his signing at DragonCon and an index card that I cannot remember where we got him to sign it:

thanks!

Yes I have met him In person here is his autograph I had him autograph a Kung Fu Thermos and he asked wheres the lunch box I whish I had it because he would have gladly autographed it

I agree, this one's real in my opinion. Nice.

I was friend of David Carradine--I hung out in his old house in laurel Canyon in LA...he signed a kung Fu photo for me---just like this--..I met him years later--and he signed some DVDs and the graph was consisent...and I got the Ying-yang--my opinion on this grap h is REAL...

thanks for your feed back!
