Willie Mays with Say Hey holo flunks PSA. What do you think?

Hi, I submitted this Willie ball with Say Hey holo to PSA and it flunked. Didn't get a reason. I realize Say Hey holos are not sure-fire but I felt pretty good about this one. Also, it's on a Pac Bell Park commemorative ball.

Curious what you guys think.

As an aside, I took this along with about 20 other balls to PSA today on Orange County, CA at its "Public Friday" event. Authentication was half off with Toys for Tots donations and turnaround time was a couple hours. This ball was the only one that didn't pass but another older Willie ball I'd bought on eBay for under $30 passed. I hope they do this every year as it's a good deal and nice to have super-quick turnaround without paying shipping costs.

I'm not loving the autograph, but some of the later Mays signatures are pretty inconsistent. I have heard of issues with the Sey Hey holograms, but it all has been second hand info.

I guess this all adds up to I don't know. I would continue to solicit more opinions.
