Ebay Seller Mepri_39 Sells Forged Signed 500 Homerun Club Baseball Mantle Williams For $202.49

I've exposed hundreds upon hundreds of Ebay sellers of forgeries, but you have to chuckle at one line in the auction description from the auction below.

So when does a set of "500 Homerun Club" autographs sell for $202.49!!!

When they are laughable forgeries.

Ebay is a haven for sellers of forgeries and that's why crap like this sells!!!

Forgeries on Ebay are easier to sell than authentic autographs because Ebay is so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers.

And in my opinion, Ebay is an enabler of this activity because they (Ebay) do nothing about eradicating forgeries.

Ebay has made a mint from the sales of forgeries for the last twenty years.

Immediately below, are links to threads showing hundreds of examples of Mantle, etc. forgeries that have been listed and sold on Ebay.

The forgery industry is huge on Ebay.

Now check out this set of "500 Homerun Club" forgeries listed and sold by Ebay seller Mepri_39 for a whopping $202.49.

These are as laughable and ugly as it gets.

What a waste of $202.49.

Does the person who bought this garbage really think they acquired an authentic set of "500 Homerun Club" autographs for $202.49!!!!

These look like they were penned by the two-year old.
