UK store just sold out now. It was just under $70 shipped to the US so i passed.
US store said " signed insert" but UK didn't. But I'd assume they are probably the same. No real limit either. UK was 1 "per order" and the US was 4!. I hate that crap.

Got one from the UK store - was lucky, it sold out while I was in checkout, but I kept clicking checkout and eventually it let me through. Slightly annoyingly I'd added the "not a CD" box to the basket to get that instead and ended up buying both.
