We are all aware of the Florida forgeries and the ring of approximately 24-36 Ebay sellers who list and sell the Florida forgeries on EBay.

https://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/the-florida-forgeri...

The people who purchase that crap are primarily delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers who think that Ebay filters out the forgeries and would never allow forgeries to be sold.

If anything, and in my opinion, Ebay is an enabler of that garbage

But then there are those who know exactly what they are buying and then flipping them for a profit.

Take the case below of Ebay seller Baseballcardsandcollectibles.

I have yet to see any "autograph" with a COA from Heroes Of The Game that is actually authentic.  Same old "Florida" crap.

The issuer of this crap is Ebay seller Heroesofthegame305_8 who continues to sell forgeries on Ebay.

Ebay sellers Kadstrictlymoose and Usaf-2657 are big sellers of this garbage.

https://live.autographmagazine.com/profiles/blogs/ebay-seller-kadst...

They purchased the below forged Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio photo for $24.99 with a "Florida" COA from  Heroes Of The Game.

I have yet to see an authentic autograph that accompanies any of the "Florida" COAs.

Look at all of this crap.

These are laughable at best!!   Garbage.

Look at this crap!!!

Forged and mass-produced Mantle on a photo with a worthless COA from Heroes Of The Game.  Look at this garbage.

Forged Mantle, Williams and Berra with a worthless COA from Heroes Of The Game.  Mass-produced Florida Forgeries.

Look at this laughable crap with a worthless COA from Heroes Of The Game (a Florida COA).

No one sells an authentic Mickey Mantle and Hank Aaron signed photo for $80.00!!!

No one sells an authentic Mantle and Williams for $75.00!!!

Look at this mass-produced crap out of Florida.

Does the person who purchased the below "Mickey Mantle/Willie Mays" signed photo really think they bought authentic autographs of the two for $62.61!!!

Once again proves how easy it is to sell forgeries on Ebay with Ebay heavily-populated with impulse buyers, delusional autograph collectors and scammers.

Look at this crap!!!

https://autographmagazine.ning.com/profiles/blogs/ebay-seller-kadst...

Now Ebay seller Baseballcardsandcollectibles listed and sold it for $76.00.

This just demonstrates that not only are delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers purchasing these forgeries, but sellers who know they can flip a cheap forgery.

Please note that Ebay seller Baseballcardsandcollectibles employs "Private Feedback" and "Private Listings."   In other words, you cannot observe if there is shill bidding or not.

I will continue to expose all of the "Florida" sellers of forgeries and their cheesy-looking COAs.

"Zeroes of the Game" would be a more appropriate name for this COA!

Steve, you should write Heroes of the game and inform them that they can rent your "Z" for $76.00 per month. 8o)

Last night, I noticed a seller on eBay had the exact same Mantle photo (first on shown at the top of the thread) listed for $1000.  I let him know that it was a forgery and his reply was priceless: If it is fake "then why did it come with a certificate from Heroes of the Game".  Seriously!  I know we talk about it all them time, but come on people, wake up!  Anyway, he lowered the price down to $300 and then the listing was canceled.  I referred him to this thread.  He was probably trying to recoup a few $ after reading through here.

Nice going, Steve!!!

I'm always scouring eBay for forgeries. When I tell the seller they're fake, some say, get lost, most ignore me, and some people are in general shock. How could it be fake if it comes with a COA?

Never forget the guy in here a few weeks ago. He posted a Mantle autograph he's owned for over 20 years and being told it was a forgery. Ugh!

Finally...My favorite. These Florida forgery sellers on eBay. I'll see 25-30 bids on 10 different items (Mantle,Williams, and DiMaggio) who have horrible feedback for selling fakes. AND PEOPLE ARE STILL BUYING THIS CRAP!!!!

A few years ago some show did a special on Penny Marshall and her autograph collection. She showed the camera man a basketball signed by Kobe Bryant (one she got personally) and told a story of originally showing Kobe a signed basketball that Kobe told her was forged. She insisted it came "with a certificate" so why would it have been fake. I loved it. She was so sincere in her belief of COAs equaling authentic.

OMG today a good friend sent me a video that a friend of his took.  They are hosting a Golf Tournament for the Ronald McDonald House and their entire silent auction was full of only these items.  Makes me sick.  I saw the items and every single one was obviously counterfeit.  You wouldn't believe it.
