I have not observed any Quick Opinion links on Ebay.
Here's one. It's right under the payments section at the top of the page. I have noticed there are some that do not have this but the majority do.
And here's another.
I just looked at that auction, Joe, and there is no QO link.
Perhaps I am crazy. Just saw these today. See the screen shot. On about 90% of the items I have looked at today.
Got it, Joe. Thank you very much.
I suppose this is eBay's way of saying they are doing something to fight fakes.
I doubt the bargain hunters who fall for the mass-produced fakes are going to be taking advantage of the service.
So true, Steve. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. I do believe buyers are accountable for their actions as well. Not to give intentional fraudulent sellers any kind of free pass either. Those should be weeded out.
I've been seeing them for several days now - doubt it will make much impact.
Here's one for an item that has already been authenticated by PSA. Despite that, the link could potentially be very useful if the QO is assigned to a particularly brave authenticator.
