John Lennon pencil signature - authentic?

Here's an interesting one. I think most people's initial thoughts would be not genuine. I spent a while comparing it with known exemplars and it does have many common traits, but would clearly be a very rushed (some would also say undesirable) example even if it was authentic. What do you think?
