Nirvana autographs

Hi,

Could anyone help me authenticating these Nirvana autographs please?

This was found in a loft in Paris.

That is the only info I have.

I have also attached another picture of a record found at the same place and time which is also signed.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Autographs have sold for seven-figures that I'm confident are not genuine, so sales don't prove something is real.

Yes I think I said this one looks like Ryan's!  A lot of the other graph I posted i felt comfortable with being authentic except for that one.
