Mine arrived also with a big fingerprint smudge in the signature. I realize this is a charity endeavor, but I was surprised they wouldn't have quality checked that before sending it.

Is anyone still waiting to receive theirs?

I contacted Youth Villages because I haven't received mine. They told me all who were eligible to receive should be expecting theirs shortly. All domestic orders were fulfilled on February 12.

I wrote back and attached my receipt saying I still have not received one. Waiting now to see what happens.

Ok, thanks. I'll give it a little time before asking them again. They said domestic orders were shipped via First Class USPS mail. I'd think mine would have arrived by now...

Did you ever contact them? Mine was taking a bit so I messaged them and they said if it didn’t show up in another couple weeks to let them know and they would send out another. Of course it showed up right after contacting them.
