tempting, but I got the last one and their pricing is "supercharged" too, as it's a $20 upcharge for signed.

What do you mean? It was the same way last time. You get the sealed record and a signed extra sleeve

They advertised a  signed sleeve, but most customers received a signed print.

Did anyone receive a shipping notification from the US store?

Somehow the order does not show up in my account and the link from the confirmation email doesn't work either. 

I found this on ebay UK. If this is what the insert from the US will look like, I won't be too sad if they messed up my order.

It's not mine, but it looks to be only signed by Noodles and Dexter.

This looks like the artcards they signed a banquet records a few weeks ago. Only Dexter and Noodles were there....
