Here "Anthony" - your icon is this bogus GW photo reduced. It's the same photo. It/they whatever - absolute fake. Now, what about you? How many accounts do you have here?

That signature looks drawn.

Also, that was signed with a fountain pen, not a quill or dip pen as GW would have used.

I keep getting the further messages on this thread in my email because I made a response at one point.  The tone it has taken is unfortunate and I don't think anything more of a helpful nature can be added.  I would suggest it be closed by Steve.

HI Etienne I thought you'd be here. The "tone whisperer" and all. WHY close the thread? Why sweep it under the rug? The only outcomes are:

1) Tony and TY are the same person, perhaps not truly new, with an agenda. That information would be very helpful. There are candidates.

2) Tony/Ty are indeed two different people. That is helpful.

3) Tony/Ty/+? may all be one person. That is certainly helpful. There are candidates.

But consider:

What is more likely here?

Tony chose Ty's photo as an icon by coincidence while pursuing the very same clearly obvious forgery? Is it any more believable two independant newbies would find that same garbage worth posting on the same site at the same time, by chance ?

Or something else it going on?

What is gained by closing the thread?

Here's what's going on with me since you asked....I do not like bullying in any form.  I have seen it too often.  This should be a safe environment where the dignity of members and their thoughts and opinions are respected.  Not always agreed with, but respected.  Real life is hard enough and most of us work very hard just to keep going. This is about a hobby, pleasure and diversion for many of us.  That's the bottom line on my end.

Etienne,

yesterday or the day before you created a whole situation based on the words "Show it.", saying I was "comanding" a member to produce a scan. As if I could.  You gleaned all that from two words which were echoed by Steve immediately. We neeed to see the item.

Now you have a problem with this thread that seems hardly credible and you want it closed, based partly on your perception of "tone" (again). There are others in here you know. You also stated you had nothing else to add. Would that were true...

Anyone in here who knows me is well aware I spend most all of my time here helping people with purchases or getting refunds, showing Autopens etc...I keep a very close eye on language and bullying and a host of other things. It's what I do (apart from authenticating Gleasons and some Bowie's) and chirping in where I can add something.

I'll ask again:
