Same with mine. Two in a box with no padding from BAM. Minor bump to the upper spine corner, but could be worse.

In the end I got 25% back and kept the book as no replacements available.

I got four with WHSmiths all fine I did one order with free postage and another with priority express delivery when I found out it was Evri and it wasn't delivered next day I spoke to them and got a refund on the postage cost.

I'd contact them asking to return those mine all arrived in normal boxes not book mailing boxes and one padded air pocket which was poor I got lucky and no major damage only minor creasing.

My second copy arrived today, from Waterstones:

Interesting! Mine arrived from Waterstones and it’s signed in black marker , yours is pen , would of thought they would all be same style

I imagine he signed these piecemeal, over a period of weeks, with whatever pen was to hand.  I’d be more concerned if they did all look the same.

Tom seems to be a rather colorful kind of guy :D

Besides black and green, I also found autographs in blue and red. Furthermore, it seems the UK edition books are all signed on the title page, while the US edition copies have the signatures on a blank page.

All photos found while scrolling through eBay.

Got mine from B&N today

Thx for posting.  I tried to jump on this but shipping was going to be almost $19 so I cancelled.  :(

They only use FedEx…

I got two from BAM. Decent sigs... no complaints there. Although, I would have rathered they were on the title page... instead they were on a blank end page.  I guess the "cutters" love the blank end page sigs, but I have no plans to do so. I actually like signed books. :-)
