Russ: There is a service out there, I cant remember the name right now, that sells you all kinds of celebrity addresses. The boxing list costs $7.50, but it contains hundreds of hundreds of home addresses and the addresses are mostly accurate. As far as writing boxers, I'd say not to write to the biggest names obviously, but there are several smaller names that are Hall of Famers and that are in the list. If you decide to get the list, go to your local shop and ask if they have the old Kayo Boxing cards. They are the same size as baseball cards and you can send them that for autographs!

Yesterday I received Jack Nicklaus signed item. Read the story about this on the J Nicklaus topic in the Golf group section.

Yesterday, I got 2 ttm.

First, Duane Kuiper signed 2 of 2.

Secondly, Ryan Church signed 4 of 4 .

Personally, I have never had much luck writing to boxers. Back in the 90s, I did get Ali before, he started sending out the autopens, and George Foreman sent back my   trading card unsigned with a small signed pic.

As far as non-sports celebrities, I have had many successes with them, but they are few and far between. Sports stars, especially retired ones, tend to be more apt to sign. In my opinion.

The majority of mine are actors and actresses and Wnba

Do any of you write to non-sports celebrities or to world boxing champions through the mail? Because so far, what I see here mainly are baseball, football and basketball ones.
