G'day again Jeffrey ... Sir Bob continues to astound - he's still as competitive as he was all those years ago, Thought you might like to see this pic. It's Sir Bob and I posing for some photos during the 2007 NZ Open .... spot the handsome one, but keep it to yourself :)

All the best, David

Hey David, thank you so much. Golf is one of those sports where the true greats of the game are untapped treasures. I am too young to have seen many of these guys play in their prime, but just reading about them leaves me awe inspired. Like with Mr. Charles matching stroke for stroke with Phil Rodgers, and then taking the tournament in an epic 36 hole playoff. It took 6 rounds to decide The Open that year! Talk about having persistance and the shear will to win. I just really enjoy reading about these all-time greats that have gone largely unnoticed.

G'day from NZ Jeffrey and congrats on that lovely (and unquestionably authentic) item from Sir Bob - a true champion, outstanding kiwi, still the only "leftie" to win The Open and my neighbour when he is here in Arrowtown, NZ. A neat little treasure :) All the best, David.
