It doesn't look that bad in the picture I posted, but it was in a V shape when I pulled it out of the envelope and is very noticeable. Ironically, the cardboard they included to protect it ended up being the reason why it got so bent. Without the cardboard it would have been ok. It's still awesome to get an autograph from one of the greats, especially personalized.

Gosh, that sucks BC. :( That's why I ALWAYS have my 8x10 requests sent to my work office in the courthouse. Our mail folks won't bend the heck out of envelopes. Great picture, though. Once you mat and frame it, it will smooth out that crease.

Scored this nice autograph on Saturday in the mail from the 1984 US Amateur champion and the 1986 NCAA individual champion, Scott Verplank.

I do indeed see those dots, so it's an autopen. I sent it c/o the PGA in Florida and it came back from Australia. First I've seen an autopen'd signature from him, but it doesn't shock me with the increase in his popularity.

BC, do you see well defined, perfect little dots at the beginning and end of the signature? If so, that is usally a good indication of an autopen. I blew your pictures up, and I see what I think are those dots I am aasking about, but it's tough to see as a scan vs. right before one's very own eyes.

Got this nice Retief Goosen autograph in the mail recently. Nice one of the 2-time U.S. Open champion.

A buddy of mine found this Jack/Arnold hat at his work. These look authentic, any thoughts? Also any idea what it's worth? I didn't think it would be worth too much:

Because of the value, I wouldn't even attempt to try hairspray. Thanks though.
