HUSBAND AND WIFE SIGNATURES -- Why do they look so similar?

This might be the dumbest blog I ever write. It might also be one of the shortest. But...you know how people say that you start to look like your pet dog? And usually those stories have photos of people with their dogs, and you laugh endlessly.

Well, I've noticed something over the years, being an autograph collector. Sometimes husband/wives have similar signatures. The first time I ever noticed this, was John Lennon and Yoko Ono. I always felt they had similar styles in their signatures.

The most recent time I noticed this, was with Melania Trump, having the same, unique style as Donald Trump.

Years ago, when a check was up for auction that was endorsed by Jim Morrison and his common-law wife Pamela Courson, again...they were similar (although in the example I have here, I think it's Jim actually signinger her name).

I believe Linda McCartney also signed similar to Paul.

Any other celeb couples you guys can think of that sign in a similar fashion, or if there's something to all of this?

Joe, that makes me wonder...you have to think AT LEAST once, one of them signed the others name for a fan thru the mail or something, right? I remember reading in one book about The Doors, Danny Sugarman (I think it was) said these two teen girls wanted Morrisons autograph, and instead of signing his name, he signed the name of some old poet he loved. He wondered what ever happened to that photo. You have to think the girls probably threw them away, seeing as they didn't say "Jim Morrison" but it would be so much cooler to have one of those.

I just looked up Paul Newman and his actress wife J. Woodward...they don't look similar at all:

I can't imagine Joe D. signing Marilyn's name for anyone! Marilyn might have been a different story although I think people who be able to detect the differences. It would be absolutely cool to own a Joe D. signed by Marilyn if one actually existed.
