If we were to ban celebs from AL we would also have to ban celebs such as :

-Benoit (killed his family)

-OJ

-R Kelly

-Tyson (rape)

-Michael Jackson (innocent in court but nobody knows what really happened cept MJ or the kids)

-Cosby

-Freeman (prolly)

-Gig Young (killed his wife)

-WWE (accusations of sexual harassment , early 90s)

I like the actor Thomas Hellberg (on the show "Rederiet" where he played the captain on Freja) but I also realize he was busted for going after 10 yr old girls :(

Seperating the art from the artist , there's always bound to be dirt if you dig on celebs.

A few of the people you’ve listed I don’t know much about.  But I don’t think anyone’s talking about banning celebrities.  Celebrities are people we tend to admire and “celebrate.”   However, I don’t consider Adolf Hitler and Sadaam Hussein to be celebrities because I don’t know any “normal” people who celebrate or admire these monsters.  And devils like the two aforementioned belong in a select group of evil that infamously distinguishes them from other criminals.  And as a Michael Jackson fan, I’ve never considered him any kind of criminal because I think he was indeed innocent.

So insofar as Hitler and Saddam Hussein... what art is there to be separated? They are famous BECAUSE they were monsters.

Actually Saddam/Hitler/Capone/insert other criminals are celebs cuz if they're known they're technically celebs imo (that even goes for the Kardashians) , who says that politicians can't be celebs too (one could always buy a Saddam for investment purposes , doesn't make you a "fan" per se)

Disregarding his crimes/politics I thought Hitler was a decent artist , okay so he couldn't draw people but he was decent at drawing buildings (just an observation , not an art expert)
