looks like they failed it for Baseline, and age of ink, irregular letter formation.. 

time to get my refund and report Kevin Martin to as many legal entities as I can, doubt it will do any good

Just use a mat :) Someone sometime somewhere will want that letter. :) I try never to edit history.

Content changes as well. I was once asked to remove stickers with numbers on the from a series of photographs. Later, it turned out these were used in a famous trial as evidence. The numbers fit a key and thus questions in the transcript. Much more valuable. Fortunately, I wouldn't remove them and this is why - the stickers were there for a reason, I just did not know it yet.

I think it’s great that JSA listed some clear reasons for their disqualification of the OP.  It helps my understanding more, and also confirms what some others were thinking in the first place.
