Jimi Hendrix autographs

Hi guys, is there any authentic signatures of Hendrix? I'd be very appreciate to any opinion, especially if you're a long-time collector or an expert of Jimi. Thanks a lot and take care, Tim.

And is easy to say that for Keithspoon all Hendrix signatures are fake... Hendrix my friend Keithspoon in erly 1967 signed many and many autographs in england... like beatles in 1963. I'm sure of this thing.

There is a very very good forger of Hendrix autographs who does Jimi’s signatures to perfection it’s almost scary you can’t tell the difference they have been doing it for over 25+ years and all the old dealers know of them, all the fakes have been muddled up with the genuine ones for the past 25 years what mojo doesn’t understand is they do it for a living like all expert forgers do. They can buy a 60’s autograph book with some autographs already in there with dedications and it will have a few blank pages in it where they can do the Hendrix in the book with the same dedications in. Remember Hendrix was only around for three and a bit years not all the time in the U.K. yet there is a never ending supply of Hendrix autographs coming up for sale all the time.

Keithspoon, I think this the problem not only with Hendrix signatures. I guess you can find really good forgeries of any legend person like Elvis, Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, Lennon, Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, ect. It seems to me that identifying an authentic autograph from a very good forgery is not easy. It's really terrible if you buy a forgery (by an accident or because you're not pro), but what if you miss out on a genuine signature because you thought it was good fake? Once I missed out an authentic Elvis signed photo 1955 with very long inscription on it. It has been sold for $200 or $300 on ebay I don't remember exactly final bid... After some time I've saw this photo already with the LOA from Mr. Epperson for $2000+ ! It was a nice autograph with an unusual "P" in "Presley", but I was confident that it's a real thing. I didn't put a bid, because the auction was already closed at that moment.

This is very interesting discussion (and I hope it will be useful for collectors).

I wonder what about the two bottom signatures? In your opinion, are they also forgeries?

May we see some examples of this forger’s work? The signature at the bottom left looks spot on to me. What about it distinguishes it from an authentic signature?
